Has my order been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification.

If your order has been sent by a tracked Royal Mail service, you will receive a link from Royal Mail along with the tracking reference. Click on the link you have been sent to track your order.

Untracked orders are sent via Royal Mail letterbox delivery. These parcels will fit through your letterbox. Once they have been dispatched you will receive this within 2- 3 working days.
