What is the Online Doctor Service?

Pharmacy2U aims to give patients an affordable and convenient alternative to the NHS by providing information, health assessments and treatments.

Every year Pharmacy2U issues a survey to a random selection of our Online Doctor Service patients to enable us to measure and, where possible, improve our performance.

Regulatory approval

Pharmacy2U Ltd has been approved by the Care Quality Commission to provide the services that are offered on our website. It is an offence to offer private medical services in the UK without the approval of the Care Quality Commission. Our Certificate number is CRT1-552901325, Provider ID is 1-467540400 and Location ID is 1-496259606. The Pharmacy2U Online Doctor Service full terms and conditions are available at terms and conditions and you must accept these to use our services.

Prices are clearly displayed on our website. You will see that our prices are highly competitive. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
