Description Dalacin T contains an antibiotic called Clindamycin Phosphate. Dalacin is used on the skin to treat acne.

Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Usually, you should use this medicine twice a day, shake the bottle well before use. Wash the affected area and put on a thin film of solution. The Dalacin T Solution bottle has an automatic pad dispenser. Gently apply a thin film onto your skin using the pad on the applicator.

The active substance is Clindamycin Phosphate. Each ml of Dalacin T solution contains 10 mg of Clindamycin.

The other ingredients are:Isopropyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide and Water.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Talk to your doctor before taking if you are taking any other medication. Do not use if you have a history of inflammatory bowel disease or antibiotic associated colitis. Talk to your doctor if you have diarrhoea or usually get diarrhoea when taking antibiotics. Talk to your doctor before taking if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breast feeding. Dalacin T solution may cause skin irritation.
