How long will it take for my online doctor order to be reviewed?

Online Doctor consultations are typically responded to within 24-48 hours (Excluding bank holidays & weekends) but very often much sooner than that.

You will receive a notification by email and/or SMS (whichever method you selected) that one of our Online Doctors has either reviewed your consultation, requires further information or in some cases where not clinically appropriate, declined a consultation.

You will need to login to the service to review and respond to updates.

If you have not received a notification within the time frame above, please first log into your Online Doctor account just in case the contact information on file is incorrect or if the message has not been received.
