What happens after the appointment?

We’ll provide you with the appropriate aftercare where you will be provided with information about your result and what it means. If necessary a 24-hour blood pressure monitor will be given and a follow up appointment booked to review the reading from this. You may also be referred to your GP for further treatment if high blood pressure is suspected from your initial measurement. We’ll also give you some healthy living advice to support looking after your heart.
