What are we doing?

We are simplifying and speeding up the way you receive your prescription by working with our partner (Ostomed) who have a dedicated warehouse from which your prescription will be dispensed in less time than it currently takes us to pick pack and deliver to you currently.

What changes will I see?

If you pay for your prescription you may be contacted by Ostomed (our partner) to share your exemption details and request payment . Pharmacy2U will no longer take pre-payment or any funds from your account for the items on your prescription Ostomed will dispense.

Ostomed may also contact you on other queries relating to your prescription to ensure its accurately dispensed and delivered to you.
