Why do I need to order at my surgery?

Depending on the surgery you are registered to you may not be able to request your medication directly through Pharmacy2U. This is called a Patient Order Direct surgery.

All pharmacies have no control over this.

Your surgery will have its own system that you can use to request your medication. Please discuss this further with your surgery on how to register.

Using your surgeries system, you can request your medication when needed then as your nominated pharmacy we will then dispense and deliver your order to an address of your choice.
