When should I order my medication?

We recommend that you order your medication with us 10 working days before it is needed. You can set up a free reminder service in your account.

If you need your medication early for a specific reason e.g. going on holiday, then you'll be asked to provide the reason when you place your order so we can pass this information onto your GP surgery to approve your items.
