I’ve not received something I ordered” / “I’ve received something different/a different quantity.
When a prescription is received from your GP surgery, we do send you an email to confirm the receipt. This email lists the item or items prescribed and quantity issued. If this is not what you were expecting, we would advise in the first instance to speak with your surgery.
Upon receipt of your delivery, we would ask that you check the items against the receipt of the prescription email, if something does not appear to be correct, please contact us as soon as possible.
