Where do I find my tracking number?
If your order has been sent by a tracked Royal Mail service, you will receive an email from Pharmacy2U confirming your order has been dispatched along with the tracking reference.
Alternatively, please follow the below steps using our website only. This function is not currently available via the App.
Log into your Pharmacy2U account here,
Once logged in click ‘Order History’ this will load your recent orders.
Select the green View order option on the right,
Here you will see the parcel tracking reference for the order and a link to allow you to track the parcel within Royal Mails network.
