The new NHS platform 'Patient Services' allows us to connect with the NHS database, automatically updating your NHS repeat list and allowing you to order your prescription from us without needing to request through your GP. You simply place your order via our app, website or over the phone and we'll take care of the rest.
How it works
Contact your GP surgery for your patient services letter. Register with Pharmacy2U - via our app, website or over the phone.
Go to your account dashboard and select 'link with my GP.' In this section you can add your account ID and linkage key.
Don't have your linkage key?
After inputting the information you'll get a confirmation on screen. So now there's no need for you to visit the GP to request your repeat prescriptions.

How to get your patient services login
You'll need to go into your surgery with your proof of identity and they'll provide you with a letter containing your patient services information. Don't worry if your surgery isn't offering this yet, we're constantly working with more surgeries to enhance patient experience.
