How will my medication be delivered?

Your medication will be delivered by Royal Mail in discreet packaging. Depending on what you order there are a few delivery options available to you, meaning you don't need to wait in for delivery.

  1. Any UK address - e.g. work, home, or a trusted friend or neighbour.
  2. Wherever possible and provided we have your consent we aim to send all parcels so they fit through your letterbox.*
  3. If the package is too large for letterbox delivery and we are provided with details of a safe place then this will be left in the designated place (unless deemed unfit/unsafe by Royal Mail).

*Please note in order for Royal Mail to leave your medication in a safe place then you most give consent for letter box delivery*

Exceptions;

Controlled drugs and some fridge items must be sent tracked signature. These can be sent to any UK address of your choice. If you are not home Royal mail will leave a card to advise they have attempted delivery.

You can check and edit your delivery options in your Patient Dashboard > Account > Delivery section.

*Royal mail large letter delivery is a maximum of 35.3cm in length, 25cm wide and 2.5cm deep. For medication larger than this, a tracked service would be used and this could be left if a safe place option is set up. Check your delivery settings here: Patient Dashboard > Account > Delivery section
