Who delivers my medicines?

Your medication will be delivered by Royal Mail in discreet packaging.

Depending on what you order, there are a few delivery options available, so there is no need to wait in for a delivery.

We only process NHS England prescriptions and private prescriptions written by an EU registered GP/consultant but can deliver to anywhere in the UK.

We aim to send your medication so they fit through your letterbox whenever possible. (consent required)

If your medication is too large for your letterbox a safe place option is available (unless deemed unfit/unsafe by Royal Mail).

Exceptions to the above: controlled drugs, these will be sent tracked and will require a signature.

Fridge items (e.g. Insulin) are sent using temperature controlled packaging between 2°C and 8°C.
