How do I update My Exemption?

How to update your NHS exemption:

  1. Log into your Pharmacy2U account Here. 
  2. Select "Your account" from the dashboard.
  3. Click "Exemption details" from the left-hand menu.
  4. Enter your exemption type and expiry date.
  5. Untick the box where is states 'i pay for my prescriptions' 
  6. After you’ve added the details, click the green "Update exemption" button.
