How long will it take to get my medication?

A typical order can take 7 - 10 working days from you placing your order to your medication being delivered. This includes the time to order and receive the prescription from your GP, check and dispense your medication and have it delivered to your door.

We will be sending reminders 10 working days before you need your medication to arrive.

This will allow the time needed for your GP to send us your prescription, for us to process your order and for any unexpected delays - which means you'll have extra peace of mind knowing you'll receive your medication in plenty of time. If you think your reminder isn't being received at the right time currently, then you can amend it here.
