Can I change how you contact me about news and other services?

If you would like to change how we keep you up to date with products and services from our group of companies and selected partners, go to Patient Dashboard > Account and under news and services you can select how you wish to be contacted. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails specifically, untick the email option in your communication preferences.

Important updates about your order

To fully benefit from the Pharmacy2U service and to receive important updates including medication reminders and order status updates we recommend you provide us with your email address and mobile number. This information will be used to update you on your account, your orders and any important information about our service to you. If you would also like to hear from us about other news and services from our group of companies and selected partners you can tick the email option in your communication preferences here Patient Dashboard > Account
